顆粒包裝機(jī)用途：該機(jī)適用于醫(yī)藥，食品，日化等行業(yè)中的松散狀，無粘結(jié)性顆粒狀物料并有計(jì)量要求的中小袋自動包裝，如：沖劑，麥片，咖啡，結(jié)晶狀物料（味精，白糖，食鹽等），細(xì)小丸物料（中成藥，干燥劑）等。

5. 調(diào)整快捷方便，不需要更換模具就可以進(jìn)行袋長無級調(diào)整。且縱封，橫封，充填料，打批號，切虛線，橫切等執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)均可通過人機(jī)界面進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
6. 充填計(jì)量精確，針對不同的顆粒物料，根據(jù)其充填性狀不同，專門設(shè)計(jì)了氣缸推動擺動式與推拉式兩種不同形式的下料機(jī)構(gòu)。擺式配以三角形可調(diào) 加料機(jī)構(gòu)，推拉式設(shè)計(jì)成平板內(nèi)置形量杯，兩種形式計(jì)量都能獨(dú)立調(diào)整且精度高，使每列袋都能獨(dú)立方便地進(jìn)行精細(xì)準(zhǔn)確計(jì)量調(diào)整。
7. 采用光電跟蹤系統(tǒng)，保證了包裝袋雙面圖案自動對版，并具有自動計(jì)數(shù)功能。
8. 本機(jī)型特增設(shè)了行膜自動糾偏與行膜阻尼機(jī)構(gòu)，保證行膜的直線度與張緊度的穩(wěn)定性，從而大大提高了袋形的平整與美觀程度。

6. Accurate in measurement. According to different powder material, we adopt material level detection, rotary feeding mechanism, to ensure the material level keep in a certain height and evenly slew. Every lane match with cylindrical leaves screw servo motor to feeding, measuring feeding dosage can be setup independently in ma-machine interface and can be fine tuned, each lane’s dosage can be adjusted easily and accuray.
7. Photoelectric tracking system is adopted to ensure correct printing and with automatic counting function.
8. The machine with film automatic correction and film damping mechanism, to ensure the straightness and tension stability of film, and make the pouch more smooth and beautiful.
9. Adaptability of the package film, the sealing temperature of machine is with automatic control, and has high control accuracy(±1℃). Suitable for most complex film packing film: such as PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/ALPE, NY/PE and so on.
10. Extra functions set up, for example, sachet cutting can choose dotted line knife or flat cutting knife, abnormal shape knife etc, and can choose different kinds of alarm requirement.
