【產(chǎn)品使用說明】：
1、球閥前后管線已準(zhǔn)備好。前后管道應(yīng)同軸，兩法蘭密封面應(yīng)平行。管道應(yīng)能承受球閥的重量，否則管道上必須配有適當(dāng)?shù)闹巍?/div>
2◆把閥前后管線吹掃干凈，清除掉管道內(nèi)的油污、焊渣和一切其它雜質(zhì)。
3◆核對球閥的標(biāo)志，查明球閥完好無損。將閥全開全閉數(shù)次證實(shí)其工作正常。
4◆拆去球閥兩端連接上的保護(hù)件。
5◆檢查閥孔清除可能有的污物，然后清洗閥孔。閥座與球之間即使僅有微小顆粒的異物也可能會(huì)損傷閥座密封面。
6◆把閥裝上管線。閥的任何一端都可裝在上游端。用手柄驅(qū)動(dòng)的閥可安裝在管道上的任意位置。但帶有齒輪箱或氣動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)器的球閥應(yīng)直立安裝，即安裝在水平管道上，且驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置處于管道上方。
7◆閥法蘭與管線法蘭間按管路設(shè)計(jì)要求裝上密封墊。
8◆法蘭上的螺栓需對稱、逐次、均勻擰緊。
9◆連接氣動(dòng)管線（采用氣動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)器時(shí)）。
10◆操作驅(qū)動(dòng)器啟、閉球閥數(shù)次，應(yīng)靈活無滯澀，證實(shí)其工作正常。
11◆按管路設(shè)計(jì)要求對管道與球閥間的法蘭結(jié)合面進(jìn)行密封性能檢查。
【 product use 】 :
