1.本機(jī)采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼材料，選用不銹鋼泵，設(shè)計(jì)合理，維護(hù)容易。
2.為使注射機(jī)和小肉塊更加分離*，該設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)了四層不同的過(guò)濾功能，能及時(shí)把小肉塊排除注射液以外，有效地保證了注射針孔不被堵塞，傳動(dòng)鏈條可拆卸，清洗方便，針頭拆裝容易，便于更換。
3.本機(jī)注射壓力可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品不同在0.1-0.8MPa之間調(diào)整，壓力表顯示注射壓力直觀(guān)，方便。
4.本機(jī)采用變頻型調(diào)速器，鏈條步進(jìn)距離和步進(jìn)速度及針頭注射速度同步可調(diào)。
5.本機(jī)設(shè)有自動(dòng)保護(hù)枕頭裝置，注射針碰到硬物時(shí)可隨之抬起，免受損壞。
6.本設(shè)備除用于肉類(lèi)加工外，通過(guò)更換針頭還成功應(yīng)用于魚(yú)類(lèi)，海參，禽類(lèi)等產(chǎn)品的注射加工。
