自動(dòng)車轍試驗(yàn)儀主要用于瀝青混合料的高溫抗車轍能力的測定，也可用于瀝青混合料配比設(shè)計(jì)的輔助性檢驗(yàn)。
1 本機(jī)所用試驗(yàn)方法及各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)均合國家行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JTJ052-2000中瀝青混合料車轍試驗(yàn)（T0719-2000）試驗(yàn)規(guī)程和各項(xiàng)要求。
2 恒溫箱采用外循環(huán)加熱方式，溫場均勻。
3 本機(jī)為自動(dòng)控溫、自動(dòng)計(jì)時(shí)、時(shí)實(shí)顯示車轍的位移量，并自動(dòng)記錄位移曲線，打印報(bào)表。
4 試驗(yàn)時(shí)同時(shí)顯示時(shí)間與位移、時(shí)間與溫度變化曲線，為研究瀝青混合料車轍特性的科研單位提供實(shí)踐依據(jù)。
5 采用溫度傳感器采集溫度，長時(shí)間試驗(yàn)無溫度漂移（杜絕了一般熱電隅溫度傳感器長時(shí)間工作溫度漂移對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的影響）。
6 溫度控制采用PWM調(diào)制方式控制，溫度穩(wěn)定性高，確保無過沖。
7 采用高精度的A/D（16位）、D/A（16位）模塊，確保位移測量及溫度控制的精度和分辨率。
8 設(shè)備應(yīng)用軟件功能強(qiáng)大。

Automatic rutting tester is mainly used for asphalt mixture at high temperature rutting resistance measurement, and can also be used for asphalt mixture design of auxiliary examination.
HYCZ-1 automatic rutting test instrument features:
