隧道速凍機(jī)是一種結(jié)構(gòu)較為簡單的高效速凍裝置。根據(jù)輸送帶的不同，可分為隧道網(wǎng)帶速凍機(jī)和隧道板帶速凍機(jī)。
板帶速凍機(jī)主要適合于含水分量大，柔軟的，流質(zhì)的食品，如鮮肉，魚片，蝦，扇貝，面食等食品的速凍加工。凍結(jié)量可達(dá)150kg/h~1000kg/h.
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
n 結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，運(yùn)行方便，使用壽命長。
n 庫體采用硬質(zhì)聚氨酯發(fā)泡，保溫性能好，內(nèi)部所有零件全部采用SUS304優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼材料，便于清洗，符合HACCP要求。
n 采用進(jìn)口不銹鋼板帶，韌性高，表面平整。
n 進(jìn)料帶刮冰裝置，減少因冰塊和異物對鋼板帶的損壞。
n 根據(jù)產(chǎn)量要求可選用單、雙板帶組合。
n 采用水沖霜，保證清潔衛(wèi)生。
n 進(jìn)口變頻器實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)速，凍品凍結(jié)時(shí)間可根據(jù)需要連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)，可適應(yīng)多種凍品的加工。
Tunnel freezer is a simple structure, highly efficient freezing equipment.It can be divided into stainless steel belt tunnel freezer and mesh belt tunnel freezer.
Stainless steel belt tunnel freezer is suitable for freezing and processing high liquid content, soft and fluid food, such as meat, fish fillet, shrimp,scallop, etc. Freezing capacity is between 150kg/h and 1000kg/h.
Main features:
n Simple structure, easy operation and long lasting.
n Stainless steel insulated panel filled with PU foam. All materials of inside spare parts are SUS304. Easy for cleaning and meet HACCP requirement.
n Adopt imported SS belt. Strong, smooth and even.
n The inlet frame is equipped with deicing device which avoid damaging the belt from ice.
n Single belt and double belt are available.
n Water defrosting is adopted. Ensure hygienic standard.
n Stepless speed adjustment by inventor. Freezing time can be adjusted.

Note: 1. The freezing capacity refers to scallop. Refrigeration capacity is based on condensing temperature＋35℃ and evaporating temperature －42℃.
